There is something wrong with the career mode, the game freezes during substitution when playing cup competitions such as the champions league and stays there forever. I am unable to download the patch but was able to download the master file,why?

I extracted the parts 1 to 7, copied them to the FIFA 14 folder and then generated. Career mode loaded but with no menu and without matches,please help.
